ScientificSportsPicks.com, or SSP as we like to refer to ourselves, is a joint venture between an ex-bookmaker and a physics professor.  Together we have produced a model that gives us an advantage over the Vegas and Offshore lines.  This algorithm is always a work in progress and we continually test out new ideas in a quest for an ever more accurate model.  While we strive to perfect our algorithm we decided to publish our picks along as proof positive of model’s effectiveness and….well just for fun of it.

Every pick is 1 unit, unless specified otherwise.  We will use some sort of composite or general line.  We are not line shopping for the picks.  Although we highly recommend getting the best price, for the purposes of this site it would be impossible to publish if we had to sit and wait for line moves.
